Kevin Cronin – FounderKevin has more than 25 years of experience in the information industry with a proven ability to build innovative new businesses. He has a history of identifying new markets and driving expansion through direct and channel sales growth. As ebrary’s first Vice President of Sales, Kevin led their successful entry into the academic library market and established the company as the leading provider of e-book databases in this market. During the mid-1990s he was a pioneering sales executive with CBT Systems (renamed SmartForce, merged with SkillSoft) and experienced first hand the evolution and growth of the e-learning industry. In Kevin’s early career he was a founding sales executive with IBM’s first national sales agent, International Customer Solutions, and held executive, management, and sales positions with IBM, Digital Equipment, and Ungermann-Bass (local area networking). He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where he earned a BS in Economics. |
